TruWeather Solutions, Inc., a micro weather data and analytics company successfully raised a Series Seed investment from Kluz Ventures, through its The Flying Object and The Next Impact funds.
The current weather tools and weather training for the UAS industry are woefully inadequate. That’s the assessment of Don Berchoff, a former U.S. Air Force meteorologist and the CEO of TruWeather.
Don Berchoff, co-founder of TruWeather, says, “TruWeather envisions a day when weather alerts and predictions are specifically tailored for each drone. A weather simulator to test and certify drones in varying weather conditions can enable development of drone-specific weather analytics to increase drone safety, productivity and revenue generation.”
