We are seeking a Weather Intelligence Technical Sales and Product Support Representative.
As Weather Intelligence Technical Sales and Product Support Representative you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to our sales team and customers during the sales process and deployment. This individual will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure that our weather intelligence solutions, including sensors, APIs, weather data, forecasting services are effectively communicated and deployed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist sales and customer-facing teams with technical product demonstrations, presentations, and solutioning
- Provide technical expertise to customers and prospects during the sales process and deployment
- Answer technical questions and address technical issues from customers and prospects
- Troubleshoot technical issues during the sales process and deployment
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as engineering and product management, to address technical issues and improve products
- Develop technical sales materials, such as product documentation, FAQs, and technical guides
- Conduct product training sessions for sales teams and customers
- Participate in customer and prospect meetings and calls to provide technical support and answer questions
- Interface with internal quality control and customer usage analytics team to address technical issues and suggest improvements
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in weather intelligence technology
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in meteorology, atmospheric science, or a related field (5 – 7 years military experience also qualifies)
- 2+ years of experience in a technical sales or product support role, preferably in the weather or environmental industry
- Strong understanding of weather intelligence solutions and technologies, including weather data, numerical weather prediction, ML/AI techniques
- Proficient with programming languages (Python preferred)
- Knowledge of structure and unstructured data, time series data, and analytics
- Strong understanding of APIs and be able to troubleshoot issues related to API integrations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to collaborate and work across teams
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and take initiative to solve problems
- Ability to travel approximately 20% of the time
